General Information

  • Please note: orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.
  • We only accept one coupon code per order.
  • If you have questions prior to placing your order or are having technical issues with ordering, please email us at info@blueheartboutique.com.

Shipping Information

  • Standard shipping within the continental US is a $5 flat rate fee. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is $9. Shipping to all other countries will be based on the total weight of the items purchased. All orders ship via USPS.
  • We do offer FREE shipping on orders over $50 within the continental US.
  • Standard shipping orders take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped.
  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier before contacting us. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
  • All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking confirms your order has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

  • Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change the shipping address, please email us at info@blueheartboutique.com immediately. We will do our best to make sure the information is changed, but we cannot make any guarantees due to our quick turnaround time for shipping.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Return Policy

  • At Blueheart Boutique, we stand behind the awesomeness of our clothes, however, if you are unhappy with a purchase, we will strive to make it better. Items can be returned WITHIN 14 days of the PURCHASE DATE (the date on your order confirmation) as long as it meets all of the return criteria.
  • Items not eligible for returns include Holiday Items, Accessories (including hats, scarves, sunglasses, jewelry, etc), Deal of the Week items, Doorbusters, Flash Sales, and items with discounts of 30% or more.
  • All returned merchandise must have the original tags and be in unwashed and unworn condition. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, or other odors will not be accepted. Once an item has been worn, it no longer qualifies for a return.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, computer monitor or mobile device screen resolutions, or indoor/outdoor lighting. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and therefore the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to our warehouse. We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number for your reference. In the case of an exchange, the buyer is still responsible for the return shipping costs but we will ship the new item to you for free.
  • If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or if we receive a package back from the courier due to the address provided being deliverable, then you will be responsible to email us and pay a $5 return shipping fee. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the courier for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.
  • Merchandise that meets all of the return criteria may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for shipping and handling charges.

Exchange Policy

  • Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we cannot guarantee exchanges on any items. We will do our best to exchange the item for the correct size, but in situations such as the item being sold out in the desired size, we will only be able to issue store credit.
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, our recommendation is to go ahead and purchase the item in the desired size and then ship back the original item for store credit on a future purchase. This is the best way to make sure you don't miss out on the item in the desired size.

Defects or Problems With Your Order?

  • If you receive an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 5 DAYS of the Delivery Confirmation date to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email to info@blueheartboutique.com. If we are not notified within 5 days of you recieving the item, it will not be eligible for return or replacement.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing due to improper care/handling or incorrect sizing.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, computer monitor or mobile device screen resolutions, or indoor/outdoor lighting. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and therefore the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

What To Do

  1. Visit our contact page and fill out the form. Make sure to include your order number and order date at the beginning of the message (these can be found in your order confirmation email). Please let us know which item you would like to return and if you are interested in either an exchange or store credit. 
  2. We will get back to you as soon as possible to verify the item is eligible for return. Please make sure you have read the return and exchange policies listed above.
  3. Once you have received approval from us, you may ship the item back to the address we will provide in the approval email. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number for your reference.
  4. Once we have received the returned item, we will issue store credit or ship the exchanged item (for free) within 1-3 business days.
